every thing worked fine the one fan made a little noise when u first started it up but whebt away now it just stoped working 3 mounths later
Fixes rrod
Not only does this fix the 3 rrod, but it fixes the 2 rrod problem also! I had the 2 rrod problem, and i tried every method except the towel or anything that could destroy it, and none of it worked. New thermal paste, taking the x clamps off, i tried everything, finally i got some money to buy these, and it fixed it right away! I was so happy. My xbox was already out of warranty, so i couldn't get it fixed, and it has already been modded, so microsoft would know it has already been opened, so we couldn't just get it fixed, I had to buy these, and Im glad I did. You could pay $130 for microsoft to fix it, or you could buy these and have it be immune to the 3 rrod and 2 rrod!
3 rings of death fixed
i had the dreadful 3 rings of death after 2 years. this is a must buy for all xbox 360 owners. basically, the 2 fans cool the entire internal components of the xbox 360, keeping it from overheating. had it installed for 2 months, so far, my 360 is running cool and no more 3 rings of death. i highly recommend you do the pennies trick (do a search in youtube)as well, since it's located underneath the motherboard and the fans cant reach it. it's quick, since you have the 360 wide open.
